We want you to love what you wear from The Travel Junkiez! If there’s any issue with your order, here’s how we can help:


🛍️ Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (including the day of delivery).

Eligible reasons for exchange include wrong product delivered or size issues.

We’ll replace it with the correct size/product of equal value.

There’s no charge for the product exchange, but a ₹120 shipping fee applies. This includes a reverse pickup arrangement.

If you’ve ordered multiple shirts, only one shirt is eligible for exchange under the ₹120 policy. For the remaining items, please place a new order.

If the product requested in exchange has a higher value, the difference must be paid online before processing.

Products must be returned in their original condition: sticker label intact, neatly folded, and properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Used or washed items cannot be exchanged.


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for genuine cases of defective product delivery.

To initiate a refund for a defective product, email us at support@thetraveljunkiez.com with:

Your order details

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the defective item

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to a provided bank account.

In exceptional cases (where the correct product was delivered with no defects), if a return is still accepted, ₹120 will be deducted from the refund as a reverse pickup fee due to rising logistics costs.


⚠️ Important Notes

The color of the T-shirts may vary slightly from the product images shown online. Returns will not be accepted for minor variations.

Refunds won’t be processed if the product was damaged due to customer handling after delivery.

Do not accept packages that appear tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.

Each order is eligible for only one exchange/return request.

Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refund.

Exchange or refund will not be entertained if the correct product was delivered as ordered.
