We’d like to clarify that all our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton with a premium 180 GSM fabric to ensure quality and comfort. Our size chart and exchange policy are clearly mentioned on our website for customers to review before placing an order, to help avoid any sizing issues.

Regarding exchanges, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing defects. However, for size-related exchanges, the reverse logistics charges (RTO) are borne by the customer, as these are charged by the courier company—not us.

As per our records, you ordered two T-shirts, and only one had a size issue. That exchange is already being processed, and no RTO charges have been paid by you yet.
